Uganda 200g (City Roast)
Uganda Bugis Elgon AA
This is a clear coffee characterized by a refreshing, non-lingering bitterness and a fragrant roasted aroma.
It goes well with milk, too. Recommended as a morning drink!!
Our Ugandan coffee is also grown in the natural environment of Elgon Mountain, using no pesticides or fertilizers. These are "genuine" naturally grown beans, grown only with the blessings of the sun and the cycle created by nature and microorganisms. We use Grade A coffee, the highest grade rated by our contracted farms in Uganda. Grades A, AA, and AAA are determined by size, with AAA beans being the largest.
Mount Elgon, where our contract farm is located, erupted approximately 400 years ago. The volcanic ash and magma that felled trees mixed with the soil and plants that were originally there, and over the years, fertile black soil was created. The climate, soil, and the blessings of Uganda's nature have made it possible to grow crops naturally (without the use of pesticides or fertilizers) without the use of chemicals such as pesticides.
