Northern Tohoku, Chugoku, and Shikoku: Delivery is possible from 12:00 on the following day.
Other areas: Next day delivery available.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and cancellations are accepted. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
After you return the item with postage paid, we will exchange it for a good product or refund you.
