We ship within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order.
However, for coffee bean (roasted bean) products, it may take longer to prepare them for shipping depending on the roasting date.
Please note that due to the nature of the product, we do not ship same day.

Delivery will generally be via Japan Post, Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
