Returns and Exchanges

As coffee beans are a perishable food, we cannot accept returns as a general rule.
We take every precaution to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, but if there is any damage during transportation or if the wrong product is delivered, please be sure to contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product.

"OJIZO.COFFEE Subscription" can be refunded or canceled up until the end of the month in which you placed your order. Please be sure to contact us by email.

If we are responsible, we will accept the return at our expense. *We will not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.

またコーヒー器具や機械類は一度開封、ご使用(通電を含む)になられた場合、また商品本体、商品の箱・説明書等の付属品がひとつでも開封、破損、汚損、紛失していた場合は交換・返品は承りません。

Overseas products have different characteristics and quality standards than Japanese products, so there may be some roughness in the finish of the details.

We always inspect all items before shipping. If you have any questions about the product, please feel free to ask and make sure you are satisfied before purchasing.

Cancellation of orders

As orders are placed through this website, we do not accept cancellations.

*We do not accept cancellations or returns after an order has been placed for the following reasons.
- When it is due to customer convenience.
・The actual product I received is different from what I imagined.
- This is due to a lack of understanding of the characteristics and quality standards of overseas products.
- Cancellation and return of products after an order has been completed.
- Special sale items such as sale items.
- If the product has been opened and used even once.
- If the product tag, box, instruction manual, etc. are removed, damaged, soiled or lost.
- If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
